Penalty Hero Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Penalty Hero (also known as Animal Penalty) handles information. The game is designed for a broad audience, including children and adults.

1. Age experience

The game asks the player to select a broad age group. The selection is stored only on the device; we do not request an exact age or date of birth.

• Child mode: online profiles, public nicknames, country leaderboards and Firebase online services are disabled. Ads are requested as child-directed, non-personalized and limited to the G content rating.
• Teen mode: ads are requested as non-personalized and age-restricted.
• Adult mode: consent choices determine whether eligible advertising may be personalized.

2. Information handled

Local game data may include the selected language and age group, nickname, country, settings, career progress and scores. Eligible non-child players may choose online features that store their nickname, country, scores, progress and a service-generated account identifier in Firebase.

Google services may automatically process technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, advertising data and consent choices as necessary to provide ads, security and online features.

3. Services used

The game may use Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent, plus Firebase Authentication, Firestore and App Check for eligible online features and abuse prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob data disclosure guidance.

4. Purposes and sharing

Information is used to save progress, operate leaderboards, secure services, show policy-compliant ads, diagnose faults and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers described above, when legally required, or to protect users and the service.

5. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Eligible online players can delete their online account and associated game profile from inside the app. A deletion request may also be sent to the contact address below. Records required for security, fraud prevention or law may be retained only as necessary.

6. Children and family safety

Child mode minimizes data collection and disables public/online social features. Parents or guardians may contact us to ask questions or request deletion. Players should not use a real full name, email address, phone number or other personal information as a nickname.

7. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its date.
