Penalty Hero Terms of Use

By installing or using Penalty Hero (also known as Animal Penalty), you agree to these terms. If you are a child, a parent or legal guardian should review them with you.

1. Game access

RASEM SOFT grants you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to play the game. Child mode disables public nicknames, country leaderboards and other online player features. Availability of online services is not guaranteed.

2. Fair play and nicknames

Do not cheat, manipulate scores, probe or disrupt the service, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. Nicknames must not contain a real full name, contact information, hate, harassment, sexual content, threats or illegal material. We may remove inappropriate profiles or scores and restrict abusive access.

3. Advertising

The free game may show ads at natural gameplay breaks. Advertising settings depend on the selected broad age group and applicable consent requirements. Child-directed ad requests are non-personalized and limited to age-appropriate content.

4. Ownership

The game software, artwork, name and other content are owned by RASEM SOFT or used under applicable licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game except where law expressly permits.

5. Updates and termination

We may update, modify or discontinue features for safety, legal, technical or gameplay reasons. You may stop using the game at any time and may use the in-app deletion option where online accounts are available.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, RASEM SOFT is not responsible for indirect loss caused by outages, third-party services, unsupported devices or misuse.
