Delete Your Penalty Hero Account
Eligible non-child players can delete their online account and associated game profile directly inside the app:
- Open Penalty Hero.
- Open the account/profile screen.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Confirm the deletion.
The request removes the eligible online profile, including nickname, country, leaderboard score and saved online progress. Limited security or legal records may be retained only when required.
Child mode and local data
Child mode does not create an online player profile. Local progress can be removed through Android Settings → Apps → Penalty Hero → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the game.

If the in-app option is unavailable, email chemmurat@gmail.com with the subject “Penalty Hero account deletion”. Include only the nickname and country used in the game; do not send passwords, identity documents, a child’s real name or other unnecessary personal information.
